The Penthouse Club E is located on top of the main sailing school building and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Right in front is the sailing station and the beach. It is only a few minutes from the center of Puerto de Pollensa with its restaurants and shops.
DESCRIPTION
From the entrance area of the penthouse a spiral staircase leads to the open plan living room. There you will find a spacious and comfortable seating area with satellite TV, ideal for relaxing and meeting friends. A sofa bed can be used as a bed for one or two more people. The rustic kitchen offers a ceramic hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher. The dining table has space for 4 people. Next door is the double bedroom with air conditioning and TV -Sat, a dressing room with plenty of space for your clothes, a large bathroom with bathtub/shower and sink. The WC is separate. The open living room leads to the large terrace with a large area to eat, sunbeds and a barbecue.
