Information for the accomodation

We want to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible.

Carmen, who has been with Sail & Surf for more than 30 years, and her team Esmeralda and Georgina are at your side to clean the accommodations.

Cleaning and linen change:

For stays of one week, towels will be changed on tuesday. For this purpose, a bag is hung on the apartment door on monday, in which the dirty laundry should be deposited on tuesday morning. For stays of two weeks or more, there will be a cleaning and another change of towels and bed linen on friday. A bag for dirty laundry will be provided on thursday for this purpose. For a safety planet we recommend to change just the dirty laundry.

For bookings during the winter period from November to March, fresh linen (hand/bath towels, bed linen) is provided weekly, however the accommodations are not cleaned during the period of stay.

Please do NOT take the hand/bath towels to the pool or the beach!!!

From 10:00 p.m. you should stop making noise and also make sure that the volume of the music is acceptable for guests who need a rest. The spanish construction offers little soundproofing, so loud noises can easily be heard in the neighboring apartments. We ask for your understanding, because all guests living in the complex have the right to an undisturbed night's sleep.
There is a small safe in each apartment for papers/cell phone/small tablets. Laptops do not fit in the safe. The key to the safe is available from our office for a deposit of €10. The rental fee is €2.50. When you return the safe key, you will receive a refund of €7.50.

Check In / Check Out:

on the day of arrival, the accommodations can be occupied from 4 p.m., should the apartment be ready for occupancy earlier, then of course nothing stands in the way of moving in

on the departure day the apartment must be vacated by 10 a.m.

For your own safety, we recommend leaving the shutters and windows closed at night and especially when leaving the apartment

Garbage is also separated in Spain:
Residual waste = in the green containers (in every street)
In some streets or at the Pollensa Sail Apartments you will also find containers for further separation:
YELLOW = plastic and aluminum
BLUE = paper
GREEN = bottles (clear and colored glass)
