The Casita apartment is a self contained apartment within the Pollensa Sail complex. Located on the ground floor and not far from the sea and the sailing station. It is next to a small lagoon area which you can walk through to get to the supermarket. The center of Puerto Pollensa can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
DESCRIPTION
The cottage consists of a kitchen area with dining table, an open plan area with a double bed and a small twin bedroom for children and a shower room. It has a terrace with sunbeds and parasol and a covered area with a table for 4 people to enjoy dinners in the summer. SAT-TV and WIFI are included. Use of the air conditioning according to consumption for the benefit of the environment. Washing machine can be used for a surcharge.
