The training is ideal for all advanced cat or dinghy sailors and is an excellent program in order to master advanced sailing techniques.
previous knowledge/requirements
The participants are expected to be able to safely perform the following maneuvers on a dinghy (e.g. RS 2000) or a catamaran (e.g. Hobie 15) in wind speeds of up to 4 beauforts: tacking, gybing, upwind, down wind, head into the wind right after a capsize, as well as have basic knowledge of asymetric sailing.
Cat and dinghy sailors must be sporty and agile, as capsizes and strenuous righting ups are to be expected.

On Thursday the course meets at 2:30 p.m. for a longer flotilla excursion to one of the beautiful bays in the Formentor area. The highlight and conclusion of the week is the race for the “Pollensa Racing Cup” on Friday afternoon.
