sailing "express start"

A one-day course for beginners who are looking for a quick way to get into the cat, dinghy or J/70 course without any prior knowledge. This course is also ideal as a refresher for sailors who haven't been on the water for a long time.
This course can only be booked in direct connection with the Cat, dinghy or J/70 course.
previous knowledge/requirements
No previous knowledge necessary.
Cat and dinghy sailors must be sporty and agile, as capsizes and strenuous righting ups are to be expected.

course content

recommended clothing
On the catamaran:
Neoprene shoes must be worn due to the risk of injury. We recommend a long wetsuit from September to June plus surf fleece (long-sleeved shirt with thermal protection) on cold days. In July, August and warm September and June days, a short wetsuit and/or UV shirt. Plus sailing gloves, glasses strap, neoprene knee pads and sunscreen with a high SPF.
On the beginner dinghy:
It is essential to wear boat shoes or sneakers because of the risk of injury. Sporty, comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather. From October to April we recommend rain protection (jacket, trousers, shoes), in May, June and September a thin rain jacket/windbreaker. Plus sailing gloves, glasses strap and sunscreen with a high SPF.
Sales and rental of sailing and surfing equipment in our shop.
Life jackets are available in sufficient numbers and in a variety of sizes and are included in the course prices.
