Ilonka has been on the island of Mallorca since 1995 - actually she only wanted to leave Germany for a year....but everything turned out differently. In 1997 she joined Sail & Surf. Ilonka initially worked in the reception area, was then responsible with Gisella for looking after the apartments and since Gisella retired from the sailing school in 2005, she has been primarily responsible for the bookings and accommodation of our guests.
